I want to send someone a gift from your store, how do I do this? 

Simply enter the recipient's address in the 'Shipping address' section at checkout and we will deliver your order directly to them anywhere in South Africa for free, beautifully packaged with a customized card attached. Use your own cellphone number and email address if you'd like it to remain a surprise. Once you have placed your order, send us an email on shophadeda@gmail.com with your order number, product name (eg. Order #1099; Jade Black Ballerina Dress) and what you would like written on the recipient's card. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary according to where you live. They range from three to seven working days.

 

Can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from Birdhaven, Johannesburg. Please select this option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange the details. 

 

Do you have a store I can visit in person?

We do not have a physical store. However, if you would like to visit our studio please contact us - we'd love to see you! Please note our studio is currently not open for visits due to the lockdown.

 

How can I make a payment?

We accept payment by Credit and Debit Card as well as Instant EFT. Payments are processed by PayFast. They will go into the account of Laura Ritchie, the owner of HADEDA. This is the name that will appear on payment notifications from your bank.

 

How do I know the exact colour of the garment?

We try our best to make sure the product images reflect the true colour of the garment they represent. If this is not the case for some reason, it will be noted on the relevant product page. 

 

Do you ship internationally?
